I was searching on Google for Indian food in Mandalay and I found this hidden gem called “Diamond Ring” . We visited as a group of four, and each of us ordered different dishes. Every single dish was amazing—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The restaurant is clean, the food is delicious, and the quality is consistent across the menu.
