The assistant manager was not helpful at all and made us feel rushed this was our first time at a Dibellas. He seemed irritated with our questions about the subs. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–50 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Employees do not value the customers time... walking around with no urgency, like a walk in the park. It was 12: 55 on a Friday! waited 23 minutes for 1 cold sandwich. I ordered a old fashion: ham, turkey and salami. I got it home and it was a fricken corned beef! WTH! Come on! I called and spoke with "Bre" who claimed to be the "General Manager". I highly doubt that... no way a GM would talk the way she did to a customer leaving feedback. Extremely rude! This is just too bad. I really missed diabellas and was so happy to hear they reopened. Uncle Louie knew how to build a sandwich and so does DiBella's Subs. It starts with the bread. The meats and the veggies are top quality and definitely try their house dressing.
