I was at the first tasting menu on Tuesday and was apprehensive about a couple of the dishes which were the beef tartare and the mackerel as I'm not really a fan of both but they were both amazing along with all the other dishes and Campbell and Paulina both did a fantastic job. I wish all the best with future endeavours
