I have been drinking colonial coffee at this establishment for over a year. Every time I went, I always took several people to see the place and we were always well attended to. Unfortunately, the last few times and, to be more specific, the last time, the service has left something to be desired: orders arriving with shortages, delays in service and what surprised me most was the fact that some customers were served more frequently and with a care that I didn't even have on this very day. Please note that I had arrived much earlier and also placed orders before the table of these customers and even so, the service preference was given to that table. I'm very disappointed, but I hope that better service returns, as it was until last year.
