Our experience at Ristorante Pizzeria Dieci Dodici e 50 was extremely disappointing. The staff were rude and condescending throughout our visit. It felt like if you didn't order enough food or drinks, the service quickly became unfriendly and disrespectful. One of the most unacceptable things was how they handled cash payments. If you paid with cash and overpaid, they simply never returned with the change, assuming it was a tip instead of allowing you to decide for yourself. That is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. When we couldn't finish our meal, they offered a takeaway, but the food was handed back in what looked like a garbage bag. It was cheap, embarrassing, and showed a complete lack of care for their customers. The wine list is also misleading. They advertise a large selection of white wines, but in reality they only had three bottles available out of more than ten listed. We were told they would have a new shipment the next day, but that promise was never kept. To make matters worse, the food itself was below average and nowhere near the standard the restaurant claims to offer. Overall, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences we've had. Poor food, terrible service, misleading wine availability, and questionable practices regarding change and tips. Avoid this place at all costs. Gentilissimi”giovanotti ” leggo la vostra recensione con molta attenzione e mi ricordo delle vostre visite al nostro locale ,siete venuti per 4giorni di seguito sia a pranzo che a cena addirittura ieri anche per il dopocena. E non mi sembra che siete mai andati via delusi o scontenti ,anzi il nostro cameriere è sempre stato gentile e cortese con voi senza farsi problemi se ordinavate sempre una pizza diavola diviso due ,per il vino mi dispiace ma viene ordinato dal nostro fornitore una volta a settimana ,non compriamo al supermercato solo per far felice i clienti ,ne Per il resto avete pagato con un pagamento elettronico sempre quindi queste vostre allusioni a cosa sono riferite.Grazie
