We've been coming for quite a few years on our annual trip to the Whit Friday contests and we've never had a bad meal. The food is good quality and well prepared and good portion sizes. The staff are always super friendly and nothing is too much trouble. If it's a nice day, try and get a spot in the outside courtyard, it's a real sun trap. We've been lucky as we've always found a place, but it does get busy, so book ahead Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We love Diggle Lock - it was very busy & could have done with a few more staff but it was comfortable & the food was delicious, as always. I absolutely love the Diggle Lock French Toast - very naughty but just sooo nice Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
