They used to have great workers, and a great looking store. They seem to treat their long term workers poorly, and the store has become a claustrophobic mess. It is very depressing initially walking into the store. Seeing the huge T.V. that already assumes you are a criminal. Then the aisles. The tall shelves, the shrunken space. You can tell they have moved everything closer together. You feel like you are in a Maze. A mismatched maze, wondering why Diapers, and other non food items are on the same aisle as the chips. You wonder if the shelves are quietly getting closer, and closer, and closer to you as you walk down the aisle, eyeing the dead end wall at the end of it, instead of open space. Are you going to get crushed by these overpriced goods and shelves as they continue to close in on you as you try to squeeze by someone that, god forbid, decides to shop the same aisle as you. You wonder where all the happy faces are. Everyone looks so glum and depressed. Is it the prices? Yeah that factors in, but I imagine it is the new store layout. Absolutely atrocious. Depressing. Claustrophobic. Anxiety inducing. The whole place is a cesspool of sadness.

Luz is the most amazing employee that Dillons has ever hired!! She not only quickly looked for my phone, but she brilliantly went to the phone kiosk and found the individual that was trying to sell it right then and there. This woman needs a raise. Couldn’t have ever had a better experience. Thank you so much, ma’am
