Once the promenade around the Northbridge is over, visit HONG KONG Dim Sum. Chinese food is worth a try here. Try good shrimp dumplings, Bbq pork and fried prawns. Great tea is worth a try here.

Authentic & Incredible Dim Sum! If you are craving truly authentic dim sum, look no further than HONG KONG Dim Sum. This place is an absolute standout, especially for the harder-to-find traditional dishes! The Steamed Rice Flour Rolls: These are the absolute star of the show. It is surprisingly hard to find proper steamed rice flour rolls at your usual dumpling spots, so getting them here is a massive treat! They are incredibly silky, perfectly soft, and soak up the soy sauce beautifully. The Rest of the Menu: Everything else we tried was exceptionally fresh and packed with authentic flavour. You can really taste the traditional techniques in every bite. The Vibe: It has that brilliant, bustling energy you want from a great dim sum restaurant. The service is quick, efficient, and the food comes out piping hot. It is so refreshing to find a spot that offers these specialty dishes. A fantastic experience all around-I highly recommend stopping by! Pork ribs- mostly flour with baking soda, taste is alright Egg yolk bun- was not hot enough, the store owner kindly help us reheat. Taste was not bad Siew Mai- taste was not bad too, chewy Overall- price average (around AUD8 per plate) , can go to have a quick fix of dim sum craving Price per person: $20–40 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
