Went out and did some Sunday FuNday shopping & got hungry....tried a place I had never been before & if you know me, I am not a fan of going to places by myself but this was worth it. Excuse me, I am napping..I ate myself into a food coma lol

Moving from Miami I've been exploring different restaurants in the Houston area but stayed away from buffet style places just due to bad experiences from buffets in Miami but i'm so happy that i gave Dimassi's a chance. The food tastes fresh and lively seasoning is on a little light side but understanding its a buffet so its just right but even more important to me is nothing there was oily or overcooked. The balance of heat and favor is just right with the lightness, from a buffet its just a refreshing change. But the thing that won me over was the standard of keeping the food hot and not just warm enough like other buffet restaurants, the level of consistent steam coming from the hot food side just tells me the owner really cares about the standards and experience very impressive you have a new loyal customer.
