Very disappointing experience. The Beef Submarine had very little beef, and the gravy was watery and completely lacked flavor. The Shrimp Submarine had fewer than 6 shrimp pieces, with too much ketchup and not enough seasoning. The bun didn't feel fresh either. I also ordered the Mongolian Rice, which was overcooked, had no salt, and tasted bland. Overall, the food quality and taste were very disappointing. Wouldn't recommend THIS BRANCH. Regular customers, but new seating is uncomfortable We’ve been to Dinemore many times and always loved the food and service. But on our recent visits, the new chairs and tables are very uncomfortable. The hard seats and table height make it hard to relax and enjoy a meal. We really miss the old tables and chairs you had in the corner. They were way more comfortable and gave couples a bit of privacy. With the new setup, we felt so exposed, like there’s nowhere to sit comfortably as a pair. Since we’ve been coming here many times, we’re hoping you’ll consider bringing the old corner seating back, or adding some more comfortable, private options. I recently visited Dinemore Kandy and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The pizza we ordered was tasteless and did not meet expectations at all. For a place known for quick bites, I expected at least a decent level of quality, but the food really fell short. What made the experience worse was the lack of professionalism from the staff. While we were still eating, the bill was brought to our table without us asking for it, which gave a very uncomfortable “please leave early” impression. Dining should feel relaxed, not rushed. Even after settling the bill, staff members kept coming near our table repeatedly, checking the area and asking questions like whether we were waiting for someone. This felt intrusive and inappropriate, especially while we were still finishing our meal. Overall, the combination of poor food quality and unprofessional customer service made this a disappointing visit.
