Worst experience at this branch. Had ordered the same dish at another location before and enjoyed it, but here it was extremely dry. When I asked for a side of mayo, the staff refused. The service was inattentive despite the restaurant not being busy, and the Pepsi served was completely flat and tasted stale. Checkout was also handled poorly. Our group clearly explained how to split the bill between three cards, but the staff still charged incorrect amounts to everyone. Overall, a very frustrating experience and not a location I’d recommend! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have visited Dinemore Thurstan Road more than 10 times over the past few years, and every visit has been a positive experience. It has become one of my regular places whenever I am looking for a quick meal with consistent quality and good service. What I appreciate most is that the food quality has remained reliable throughout my visits.
