The Thai fried rice is my family's favourite menu item and is a standard everytime we order from this restaurant. I've never been a particular fan of Thai rice from other restaurants but this one just scratches an impossible flavour itch. One of our favourite restaurants to order from, have also spent my father's birthday here and the service was lovely. The atmosphere reminds me of a slightly classier version of Asian restaurants I used to eat at as a child. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Fresh, tasty and eclectic dishes with fantastic service in a nice, authentic atmosphere. A taste of Thailand with every dish and the spice and heat stands out from most Thai restaurants in the area. The staff at Dingley Thai restaurant are very friendly and professional. The food is very tasty and of good quantity. Our daughter has a nut allergy and we advised the staff,they took utmost care to ensure the dishes were nut free. Definitely recommend the restaurant.
