Dining Restaurant is a great local spot with tasty and affordable food. They have WiFi, and the prices are very reasonable. The kothuroshi is delicious, and the tuna steak stands out with a different sauce compared to other places I’ve tried. Lemon tea is a good choice—tasty and cheaper than fresh juice. The owner is friendly and even let me try a local fruit, which was a nice touch.
