The hot matcha latte is rich and delicious, and the matcha Basque cheesecake has a strong matcha flavor. The café latte is slightly on the bitter side. The environment is very nice, and the window seats offer a beautiful view of the Kamo River. Overall, I highly recommend the matcha items. Really cool new spot that’s bound to take off. B Kyoto functions as a cafe and a bar. My husband and I stopped by on a Monday night during their soft launch and tried 2 cocktails - a strawberry sour which I requested off the menu and their hojicha old fashioned. Both were incredible and made with care. The space itself is completely made of wood. It’s warm, welcoming, and has an amazing view of the river. We spent our last night in Kyoto here. Highly recommend. The drink prices are on the steeper side (mid to high 2000s) but there was no cover when we went. Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
