The Ostreon is a seafood restaurant which has a relatively small menu. In this case, it's a good decision because it is focused on the most important thing: Fresh seafood, very well seasoned. The waitress is charming, the service in general is very good and the seafood is as delicious and fresh as can be. I strongly recommend the Ceviche, which is extremely well seasoned and also very appealing to the eye. I can also recommend the seafood plates for two persons. The prices are a little bit higher compared to the most of the other restaurants nearby, but it is definitely worth the price. The only downside is, that it seems that influential locals who visit this restaurant, are always on the fast lane when it comes to getting served, even when they arrive later than the regular tourist. During 2 visits, I experienced this for 2 times from the point of view of a tourist . Despite this flaw, I can easily recommend this restaurant because it does a lot of things in the right kind of way. Price per person: €50+

After trying many seafood restaurants in Rhodes and being disappointed, Ostreon by Dinoris 1967 was a wonderful surprise. Everything was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The portions were generous, and you can really tell that care goes into every dish. The prices are absolutely worth it for the quality you get. The waitress was so warm and friendly, and the young man clearing the tables was genuinely kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Without a doubt, this was the best seafood meal I had in Rhodes. I would happily come back again. 10/10 – Highly recommended! Price per person: €45–50

We were left in shock. I wanted to eat something small. I asked if they had soup. A waitress said that they don't have, but they can to prepare. I thought what a good service. When I got the bill, I realized what a mistake I had made. I didn't ask how much soup would cost me. They took me 46 euros. Other than that, it wasn't tasty. A waitress says yes this fish is less suitable for cooking. So why didn't you say it before? I really didn't expect them to take 46 euros for a plate of soup. I felt that I had been deceived. All other dishes were ok. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €40–45

Dear Dovile , Our menu is actually remarkably clear and easy to understand. For the record, it does not feature fish soup, only with the whole wild catch fish of the day. You specifically requested that we prepare it for you using a wild catch fillet! Instead . Once we weighed the fillet the waitress clearly INFORMED you of the exact weight , you were fine with that . Unfortunately there seems to have been misunderstanding on your part. We wish you a wonderful rest of your vacation and we truly hope you enjoy FRESH fish during your time on island of Rhodes .
