This location does not understand the concept of easy cheese. Five times in a row, they have overdone the cheese and we had to wait for them to make a new one. (They admit it was done wrong each time - it is clear from a glance.) Never was offered a coupon or anything, just lost time. No longer eating here. Maybe another location is better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Went to pick up an order last night after placing it online and when I arrived, they accidentally gave it to someone else. The manager came out to tell me, handled the whole situation, and was very professional. The replacement food was great, yall rock and will continue to have my business and support. I really hate leaving negative reviews, but today’s experience at the Dion’s on Universe was disappointing. Our order was wrong, and the items we specifically asked for extra ranch and extra croutons were missing. I also specifically requested Greek dressing for my sandwich and was given ranch instead. On top of that, the food had hair in it, which is unacceptable for basic food safety and quality. We’ve been longtime Dion’s customers, so this was frustrating, especially because the order was for my mom. I hope management takes this seriously and improves attention to detail and cleanliness. We usually enjoy Dion’s, but today really missed the mark. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1
