ショッピングの合間に小腹が空いてふらっと寄ったら、メニューの中でもひときわ香る「発酵バターシナモンシュガー」。 公式説明にもあるように発酵バターのコク深い風味と、シナモンの甘くスパイシーなアクセントが組み合わさったこのクレープは、食べた瞬間にじんわり幸せが広がります。  食べ歩きしながら一口かじると、バターがとろける香り高い生地が鼻をくすぐってきて、これはただの“甘いだけ”とは違う完成度。 Google系の海外レビューでも似たシナモンシュガー系を楽しむ人の声があり、“甘さ控えめで素材の良さが際立つ” という感想が多いのも納得です。  もちろんクレープ屋さんの定番「生クリーム山盛り系」とは違って、あくまで発酵バターとシナモンのシンプルな美味しさが主役。 クレープ好きの筆者としては、これくらいの余韻のある甘さがむしろ上品で、歩きながらでも全く重くないのが嬉しいポイント。 ショッピング後の甘い〆や、ちょっとした自分へのご褒美にすごく合います。
