In case the rain took you by surprise during the promenade around Namjatown, stop by this cafe. Dipper Dan is to be recommended for perfectly cooked tuna. Order tasty crepes and good chocolate custard. It's a must when visiting this place to try delicious chocolate frappe or great bubble tea.
The hospitable staff welcomes visitors all year round. This spot is notable for its prompt service. The lovely atmosphere makes a good impression on reviewers. But this cafe hasn't got a high rating from Google users.

Was here last week, can't remember if it was a Saturday but it was very busy. All seating area was full but the aroma coming from the place was hard to deny getting in line for a treat! I wanted something easy and "light" so got the strawberry milk. Was kind of let down as it was mostly just some strawberries with syrup on it, whip cream, and milk. It's not sweet enough for my palette (if you don't get any of the strawberries, it's basically just milk). There's also a TON of ice. The strawberries were yummy but I wouldn't get this, maybe get a crepe instead? Can't comment on that as I didn't get it.

The taste is just as delicious as usual, so I omitted it. I love Dipper Dan and have visited many stores, but this store is by far the one I hate the most. A grumpy male staff member at the cash register, and a female staff member who was having a conversation while baking and serving the dough. I'm not saying that you should keep a smile on your face all the time, or that you shouldn't have short business-related conversations, but at least try not to show your displeasure, and maybe talk about your shift only after the cooking is done. I wonder if it is. It wasn't really bad, but I was really surprised because this never happened at other stores. I want them to do their best not to lose to the new Marion Crepes.
