This was the first time I’ve been to one of these stores. I had higher hopes than Dunkin but it’s the same thing. The donut was tiny. The sausage egg and cheese and coffee were the same as the rest. Price was also the same. Disappointed. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Sandwich, Donuts

Great food, reasonable prices. However NOBODY talks to each other. Ordered through drive through several times, I'll be the only person in line, but when I get to the window, nobody knows what I ordered. Or I'll ask if you have something that typically sells out quickly. I specifically say 'Ill have *blank* if you have it' nobody looks, and they don't tell me they are out until I get to the window. If it's busy, I get it. Everyone is doing their best. I also understand that service jobs are very hard for the compensation. And I also recognize that everyone has other things going on outside their job. But that little whiteboard isn't cutting it. Need a better format to communicate more accurately.

Dippin Donuts is absolutely amazing!! Fresh coffee , donuts, sandwiches, yum!! I love this place and my only complaint is that they don't have one open in Putnam, Ct.
