We have had two orders of frozen food delivered. Their website boasts of it being locally prepared, but if you check their website most dishes are  prepared and imported (from France, Italy, Greece & Vietnam)
We purchased believing  that the esteemed chef Jacques Reymond was at the helm. However the food is very disappointing and generally looks nothing like their pack photos when defrosted and heated.
We received an email today announcing that they are closing both their cafe in Prahran and their frozen food business. The market has spoken. No surprise to us

I never review badly as such but this was just the frozen section at woolies - frozen vegetables, frozen herbs, frozen meat and frozen pizzas. None of which (asides from meat) was actually from Australia. Herbs from France, beans from Greece, loads of frozen stuff you can get at the local grocer anyway. So strange this huge lovely shop is just focusing on stuff you get anywhere mainstream. Maybe I just don't get it as hello with Prahran market there you can buy beans. You can buy fresh meatballs, berries, fresh produce mainly local and from Australia

The place has a variety of frozen food choices. Foods are good. I find it quite a nice place to treat my sweet tooth as well. But so far I did not find the shopping experience in particular enjoyable.

I couldn't find coins at the checkout counter and presented a 100 note at first. The staff frowned and said "it is just a few dollars". She remained impatient when I was searching, even when no one is in the queue. I didn't find the staff in general helpful and friendly in my visits. Why would a chain store like this does not accept a 100 note and insist to take my coins?

They ran out of smaller shopping bag in my another visit. The staff was sloppy and just shove everything I bought into the shopping bag (which is a bit too big though I also bought other boxed frozen food) without arranging them porperly. Their tiramisu gelato is topped with cocoa powder, therefore the powder spilled inside my shopping bag.
