I found Diskin's Saloon to be too formal and stuffy. I thought their requirement for a sports coat and tie seemed out of place for a relaxed neighborhood establishment. The one saving grace that I did appreciate was the warm and welcoming patrons and the always attentive and polite staff. I give it 3 forks and a knife.
