Cute cafe with really friendly staff - the lady at the till wearing the flower cardigan was especially lovely Coffee was amazing, though the Spanish latte was a little too sweet for my taste. I only tried the coffee and an almond croissant this time, but I’ll definitely be back to try more of their coffees and the pancakes! Really gorgeous coffee and beautiful cafe. This was my second time visiting as it’s perfect for if you are wanting to do some work. My only niggle would be that the staff member who served me when I first walked in had very poor customer service as didn’t acknowledge me for a long time as they were chatting. Then when they did serve me they seemed very disinterested and rude. I ordinarily wouldn’t leave a review like this as the rest of the staff members were lovely and the cafe is otherwise great, but this was a real let down. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Nipped in for a sweet treat on the weekend, the cookies myself and my friends got were amazing, but the member of staff we spoke to at the till was extremely rude and honestly has put me off ever going in again. as soon as we walked in she rudely told us there are no tables, which we weren't looking for anyway, and was visibly annoyed when we asked the cookie flavours even though they literally had no signage with price or flavour so it was a pretty reasonable request. there was no queue behind us, but even then she was trying to rush us along when we took more than 30 seconds deciding what to eat. I work in customer service myself and so can understand that customers can be annoying, but we were nothing but polite. this sadly has put me off dispatch, shame because the food was nice.
