For Restaurant Divan: Visited Restaurant Divan during our time in Mostar and really enjoyed the overall dining experience, especially the peaceful atmosphere beside the Radobolja river. We came to try traditional Bosnian-Herzegovinian food and ordered the Herzegovina Plate “Divan”, grilled seabass, and tufahije dessert. The Herzegovina Plate was a nice introduction to local comfort food, with a mix of japrak, dolma, ćufte, ćevapi in somun bread, and rice. Everything felt hearty, home-style, and very traditional to the region. The seabass was simple and nicely grilled, while the tufahije was light, chilled, and different from desserts we usually have. There was actually a small mistake with my order at first because my friend accidentally ordered the mixed meat platter instead of the Herzegovina Plate “Divan” that I specifically wanted to try. I was honestly quite upset when the wrong dish arrived, but the waiter kindly helped change the order for me without making things difficult. Really appreciated the attentiveness and understanding from the staff in that moment. Combined with the river view and traditional setting, it made for a memorable dinner experience in Mostar.
