I have been coming to Divana Lounge for a very long time and I am a regular customer. In my opinion, it has always been one of the best places in London compared with similar lounges and restaurants. The quality of the shisha has always been excellent. One of the things that made you stand out from other places was that after serving the first bowl, you would replace it with a fresh one after some time. This made the shisha experience much fresher and more enjoyable, and it was one of the details that made your service feel truly professional. However, over the last few months, I have noticed that this service no longer seems to be provided. At first, I thought perhaps it had simply been forgotten, or maybe the staff were too busy, but over the last month or two I have noticed the same thing every time I visit. I would kindly like to ask the owner to reconsider bringing this back. It was one of the key features that set Divana Lounge apart from other places and helped keep customers happy. To be honest, I was considering leaving a one-star review today, but I chose not to because I have always appreciated the good service you provide and I have been a loyal customer for many years. Thank you so much for your amazing words, we are happy that you enjoy our shisha’s and you like our service. As you can imagine to give a second shisha head is very difficult, due to how busy we are getting it not possible to go and change every ones because it will be like serving another 15-20 new tables. Second reason is due to high prices of flavours and also charcoal that we use. Next time you pop in, come to the shisha bar area and we would be more than happy to sort something out for you. Had a great experience at Divana Lounge. The atmosphere was relaxing and stylish, the food was delicious, and the shisha was smooth and well prepared.
