their bbt is very fresh and best pearls around. the size of the cup is great for the price.

Hey there drinks are pretty damn yummy but their CUPS are GREAT do not toss it out when your done!!! I use mine all the time it's my favourite reusable cold drinks cup now and I sip water from it all the time which is great as someone who is always dehydrated and finds it hard to drink water. It just has a really nice sippy spout. Also I have rum it through the top rack of my dishwasher multiple times and it stays in shape. REUSE is the best recycling.

Decided I needed a drink after walking around Commercial. Since this was the closest BBT shop (especially with high ratings), I was excited. I walked in and the staff didn't greet me, even as I was searching for the menu. I noticed some little flies on the menu and I was a little put off but decided to order the roasted oolong milk tea with soy milk since I walked so far. After paying, one of the staff members walked away, while the barista quickly made my drink. He handed it to me and walked off all without saying one word either. Not sure if they were having a bad day, but since the drinks are in the higher price range (and not anything special either), I'd expect a little friendlier service. I'm not saying you need to worship your customers but how hard is it to welcome or thank them? Disappointed.
