During busy periods, they simply stagger guests' access to the sixth floor to ensure a smoother flow of arrivals and to avoid overcrowding. Table allocation and service are then managed directly by the rooftop team.We sincerely regret that the waiting time and the overall experience left you feeling overlooked. However, we would also like to respectfully clarify that we firmly reject any suggestion of discrimination.
