Usually I don’t leave bad reviews, especially because I normally enjoy the food from this restaurant. Unfortunately, tonight was a very disappointing experience. I ordered my usual meal, but the driver stole the food and never delivered it. When I called the restaurant, I only received a generic response saying it was not their responsibility because the driver works for Just Eat, and that I needed to contact Just Eat support. Then Just Eat support told me I needed to speak with the restaurant instead. In the end, nobody helped, I was left hungry, angry, without my order, and with zero proper customer support from either side. Sadly, after this experience I will not risk ordering from them again.
