It was my last night in Istanbul, and I decided to treat myself to dinner and a glass of wine at your rooftop bar. The waitress took my order, and after waiting over 30 minutes, I asked about my meal. She seemed surprised and asked if it had already been served. A few minutes later, she returned and informed me that the fish I had ordered was unavailable and asked if I wanted something else. At that point, I declined and simply asked for the bill. I then waited another 20 minutes, despite the restaurant not being busy, and no one came. Eventually, I had to walk up myself to pay for the wine. By then, I was understandably frustrated. Instead of resolving the situation, the manager and I ended up going back and forth. What should have been a relaxing final evening in Istanbul turned into a disappointing experience. Thanks for ruining my last night in Istanbul. 5 stars for the view!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₺200–400
