I was amazed to discover this amazing and breathtaking place on the hills of Byblos .
So 5 ⭐️ is based on the service and the ambience .
The food needs improvement .
I Ordered 1 burger , 1 pizza and french fries , honey mustard , garlic mayo.
To start off :
- The Fries :
had some of them cold and others were hot , they need to be careful about this .
- Pizza :
they should consider putting that plastic thing for pizzas in order to not have the toppings glued to the top of the box .
The pizza was burned on its sides as you can see in the picture which was a shame since the dough was actually tasty .
The cheese wasn’t evenly spread plus i ordered olives but there were none .
As for the pizza sauce it was good but it was everywhere!
- Burger :
Also not evenly done .
The bun was amazing .
The meat was so much smaller than the bun yet it was thicker than most burger places .
Due to its thickness it will be challenging to be cooked perfectly .
- The Sauces :
Garlic mayo was very good .
Honey mustard was very bad .
But it didn’t matter i enjoyed discovering this place and i will be back for sure for dine in .
Just wanted to say my comments for improvements because this kind of place needs to be flawless !
Too much sauce in the sandwiches 4/10. Lasagne was not really yummy I'd give them 5/10. Pizza triple cheese was okay 6/10. Salad though was good.
