Despite its understated appearance and its mostly local patronage, visitors often leave with rave reviews about the unique flavors found here. Known for its thicker noodles and distinctive miso paste broth, this restaurant has attracted the admiration of those who appreciate flavorful ramen dishes.
While not listed comprehensively on major restaurant directories, Do Miso maintains a basic presence on Foursquare, suggesting a hidden gem status favored by locals. This modest eatery primarily operates as a cash-only establishment, offering lunch and dinner menus. While the venue lacks English proficiency, customers can navigate the menu visually with photos when placing orders.
Outdoor seating is not offered, possibly indicating a cozy indoor atmosphere. With no updates from the owners in recent years and only some visitor insights available, detailed and current information remains limited. Nonetheless, the feedback suggests a warm reception and quality meals for those seeking a traditional ramen experience in the city.

Some of the best ramen I’ve ever had! Doesn’t look like much but is a treat.

Absolutely love it! Thick noodles compared to usual ramen with unique miso paste broth. Order yours with 5 chasu for full meal (usual only has 2 slices). Limited English but can show photos.
