Wonderful. A true hidden treasure. Incredible value for money, and beats the other gourmet sweet shops and cafes in Liberdade. The BEST Choux Cream I've ever eaten and the cheapest I found in Liberdade (R$ 10.00). Fluffy cakes and moist pies. Everything smooth and with the right amount of sweetness. I always order a 1kg mousse pie for birthdays. The melon one is the clear winner (reminiscent of the Melona popsicle flavor). I don't recommend the mango one, it was the only thing there that we found bad. I call to order about 2 days in advance, pick it up and pay immediately. The price of the cake varies because it depends on the weight (despite asking for 1kg), but it was always between 100 and 130. In this heat it's wonderful. The small ones cost around 10 reais per slice or plate, they are really worth it. It's great to order more than one flavor and try several. (The problem is holding it all) The decoration is another strong point. An organic time capsule, cute. Highlight for the bathroom curtain. The only negative points are that they only accept cash or debit and the service is not good. The owner is a grumpy old Japanese lady and only has one attendant (who I've never seen in a good mood). The last time I went, they still called my friend HE (we all left upset, despite the food). Will I still go back there? Yes, but with the reminder that they treated my friend very badly. Simple interior, has several cake flavor options, the cake is very cheap compared to others, very tasty and nice staff.

Alteza Doceria is a traditional space in the Liberdade region. It's not instagrammable at all and on the weekend it can get crowded, they take orders via WhatsApp but there's no menu online, the owners are very traditional. The space accepts cash and debit cards - no credit and I didn't see anything about accepting pix. But despite that, the taste makes up for it too much! The sweets are beautiful and tasty - I order the traditional choux, with good quantity and ok price for the region. It's a great place to try sweets!
