Dear LordThanks for your feedback. You’re absolutely right: If people actually had to wait 30 minutes for a beer, that would be inexcusable.I’m guessing you were a guest at our place on the weekend of September 4–5 during the "Solothurner Musiktage". That meant two days of chaos. There were free concerts at nine different venues during these two days. And the DOCK was one of these venues. Isn’t that crazy? That resulted in a lot of thirsty people. We did our best and maintained high standards.It’s a shame you didn’t see that and didn’t mention it in your feedback.Maybe you’ll stop by again sometime to see our quality for yourself.Your DOCK Team
