This is a one-star review since the restaurant has changed hands and there hasn’t been an update to its status in years. Look up Holy Mackerel for reviews on the current business at that location!

Never got to post this -- enjoy! Oh wait for this review.......Threats and being called ignorant (the N word!!!))) wow wow wow, and the manager never stepped up, all bc of my previous review of this place! Lol...And then I get threatened by some regular drunk, Who then PMd me on Facebook- white trash doesn't fall far from the Dockside Restaurant I Guess.... like - how did dude find my FB page?! but ok my comments only the manager knew about and she shares apparently with this jackass which got to this nobody who decided to troll my page! ohhhhh -------So y'all don't like my reviews huh? Dear Pam, I know more than you think and your service was horrible. Even trying to give me back the slab of fat you called a prime rib that I sent back. I'm sure there was even something tainted in my meal that night. I even called and you said you'd handle it....... yet your drunk idiot redneck dumpster trash messages me!??! How does that work that some idiot I don't know or want to know attack's me as soon as I walk in the restaurant- hmmmm could it have been YOU or perhaps you have some spark with this fella. Literally had to call the Prince George and Hopewell police because I was KKK'd out of a restaurant tonight at this spot. In short - this guy and his friend tried to bully me while dining. Hahahaha.....actually "Thanks me" for my 30 yrs of Army service and says his taxes he paid , pay my paycheck (wait was that a thank you or a fuck you?!) Hey jerk! How many many times were you in Afghanistan or Iraq?! It was my sacrifice and those of my brothers and sisters that pay for your freedom. It's ok,'I'm not intimidated and what a Great Job manager Pam, Now your angry patrons are messaging folks on Facebook PM because you didn't like my review. You didn't get enough trip?! I called you because I never got to finish my meal. I spent hundreds there and the wait staff was even embarrassed for your actions. As I was a great customer. Don't ever piss off a paratrooper. ***Do not eat here *** this place is still overpriced and Under delivers, threatens its patrons because of bad reviews, and aside for the sunset view you can get at a much more civil restaurant. The whole being ambushed was interesting and here I thought a soldier had a welcomed seat. The food is barely palatable! Go Up the street just a few blocks to Boathouse and see how dining is really done. Drive past this place and don't bother to look in the rear view mirror. All be warned!
