Ordered a battered sausage supper. One of the battered sausages had something slimy on it. The man at the counter tried to tell me it was normal. Only one battered sausage was slimy, I understand batter being a little soggy if drenched in vinegar but this was not the case. The man at the counter agreed to make a fresh one. As I'm walking out to go back to my car to wait, a lady behind the till made a cheeky comment that if remade it "will just be the same" thinking I could not hear her. If it's being remade and it's going to be the same slimy battered sausage then there's a major issue! Staff need to retrained to deal with customers if they cant refrain from making cheeky comments. The man at the till tried to lie to me that she said it to understand if another approach was being taken, so a cheeky comment and a lie to try hide it. Excuse the dirty fingers in the video after a hard day's work, and a slimy battered sausage is what I'm served up. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
