The family and I came here on the way to ocean city. What a great experience! The food was amazing. Everything was cooked perfectly and very flavorful. The cole slaw was the best I have ever had!The atmosphere was great. I would come back again. Doc's Downtown Grille is a good place to eat. We were out on the Eastern Shore and wanted a good seafood meal. This place was recommended and it lived up to its reputation. We both started with the cream of crab soup. Delish! Not too thick. Lots of real crab meat. There was some flavor that I could not identify - but it added something good. Maybe a touch on the salty side, but a little bit of cream fixed that. My main course was rockfish topped with crab meat. Rice and asparagus as sides. This was a huge serving. The rockfish was delicious and I could taste the Bay. The crab meat on top was plentiful. A good dish all around. The service was really very good. Tommy was our server. He was friendly, well spoken and FAST!!! He was there when we needed him; not there when we didn't. He could and did answer all our questions about menu items. He is certainly among the best servers I have ever encountered. All around, Doc's Downtown Grille is a solid choice. Charming Easton has a good restaurant here. I recommend this place to you all.
