Dodcafe is a whole vibe! The shisha is smooth, the drinks hit just right, and the Brooklyn-style aesthetic makes it the perfect chill spot. The staff? Super welcoming. Definitely my new go-to in Tachikawa! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
