I bought madeleines, financiers, lemon cakes, and galettes for my family and myself. Honestly, it's not good in everything. The madeleines, financiers, and lemon cakes were so dry that I had to check the expiration dates. The galette was rough rather than crunchy and had no flavor, and the lemon cake had too much acidity from the lemon peel, so I left it alone. I love baked goods and buy them here and there, but my child was surprised that some of them didn't taste this good. My whole family is unanimous in never buying it again.
