butter chicken toastie was delicious 10/10 and the hot chocolate was so warm and rich it was just what I needed on the cold day. can’t really go wrong with jalapeño poppers they were really nice and cheesy but not too spicy. bruce cake was also so amazing. would definitely be back to try more in sha Allah! First time at doh bakery. The lady with a hijab couldn’t even reply back to my salaam nor give me a simple smile. She was so rude. We checked through the whole menu, when we were ready to order she tells us the shop is shut. I mean we stood there for 10 minutes, she could have just told us. I think I’m not the first person to say this but something really needs to be done. For sure I will not be returning.

Hi Amina. We’re sorry you feel that way. After reviewing CCTV regarding your visit, we can’t agree with your claims. We’re sorry staff didn’t hear your salaam, we personally greet all customers who enter. We were in the process of closing when you came so this may have been missed. Would it have been better if we told you to leave as soon as you entered the shop after closing hours? We let everyone take a look at our menu in their own time, as sometimes we are able to serve some items even after closing. In this instance the coffee machine had already been cleaned through and turned off. After 12 seconds you were politely told we were closed and that we apologise.
