I have found the best pastry in Northern Nevada, and it is at Dolce Cafe. Claudio tells me they import their flour from Italy, which is why the flavor and texture of the almond croissant feel so authentic. However, it is not Italian sized. It is American sized. This is a good thing. They only keep one on hand a day at the midtown location. If it's not there, it's probably because I got there before you. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
