Staying at Ragusa for vacation we tasted cakes from Dolce at our Hotel. We found them very good and wanted to buy some for friends and family back in France. We went to the shop (thanks to the address on the packaging) explaining (in English) to the employee we wanted to choose some pastries. She seemed upset that we did not speak Italian, which she expressed in a very rude and almost disrespectful way. Obviously, we did not buy anything and left Dolce with a very unpleasant experience.
