Two unforgettable nights spent in this magnificent place, where the nobility of the site and more contemporary accessories coexist in perfect harmony. We tested the Eugenie room with a breathtaking view, a cozy atmosphere and the Sarah Bernardt suite, spacious and classy And what can we say about the cuisine: all the products are magnified and special mention to the chef for the delicious vegetarian menu. Breakfast is excellent ! Finally, all the staff take great care Perfection, nobility of the place and culinary harmony sum up our stay at the Donjon Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Great view, Romantic

Superb hotel, the setting is sumptuous (in the middle of nature in the trees and with a breathtaking view of Etretat). The team is adorable (reception, bartender who prepares delicious cocktails, catering...) And the patio is ideal for a lazy moment by the fire! The rooms are very charming, authentic and very quiet, a real corner of paradise. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Romantic, Quiet, Great value

Hôtel le Donjon Etretat on July 28, 2023 at 3 p.m. The room not ready at 3 p.m. specified on our contract! and despite our waiting still not ready at 3:45 p.m., no complacency from the reception, not even an apology or a little coffee to make us wait, so we decided to leave, then the manager (a blonde lady in her forties years) arrived and still without a word of apology told us "we are humans", "we will hold one night off your stay" continuing "we don't need people like you here". 30 minutes after our departure a debit of € 480 on our card was noted, we lodged a complaint with the Gendarmerie of Etretat, we were very well received. Note during our wait between 3 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. this same manager had problems with a dissatisfied couple, the loud voices were audible... This team should follow an internship at the hotel school, for the owner of this establishment it is dangerous!!! I forgot during our wait we noticed the pool dirty and full of green algae, good swimming to all...
