We apologize for the wait on a busy night. I don't see any feedback on the food quality and taste, which was freshly cooked with care. When we have someone delivering in behalf of another company, the time we give for preparation needs to be monitored. And maybe the staff was a little annoyed (different from rude) when asked repeatedly "is it ready yet" :)
