Absolutely incredible food. One person in my party said, “we haven’t had better food in Eugene.” Days after leaving, the pea tartine, strawberry shrub, and shrimp appetizer are calling to me. This is absolutely a destination food spot in Eugene. Iconic. The decor is beautiful, the vibe is on point, amazing hospitality from Sarah and the whole staff. Thank you for creating such an incredible experience from end to end! We’ll definitely be back . Another visit to Domek and, again, I was blown away. It strikes a perfect balance between fine dining- with all of the attention and innovation you’d except for a special occasion- with the welcoming and friendly atmosphere of a European bistro. The dishes and drinks I got on my second visit were totally different from the first, but equally wonderful. Thanks to Sarah for running us through the menu because there were new-to-me dishes. I think my favorite was the macha cabbage my kids would vote for the raspberry semifreddo! Hats off to Chef Andrew- it’s so great to get to enjoy something new!
