On multiple occasions within the last 3 months I've ordered from this store and their online app is wildly inaccurate and unhelpful. It gives me an estimated time of when to pick up my order, and I've spent multiple times waiting an additional 30 minutes or more for my order. Until they can provide a realistic and accurate estimate I do not recommend ordering from this store.

I came in today, Thursday, May 21. It’s my first time coming into this location and let me say that customer service is great. I wish I would’ve got the name of the cashier. She was very nice. It’s also very clean inside. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I placed an order in advance that ended up taking 15-20 minutes longer than expected, but when I came to pick it up, I learned why -- one worker called in sick and left a solid employee with the burden of taking on multiple bulk orders. Primo was the anchor of Alameda's Domino's Pizza today, keeping a cool head while drowning in pizzas during the lunch rush. He remained highly professional despite the stressful circumstances, answering the phone the next available moment he could while pumping out pizza after pizza for the steady stream of orders to get through. Because of Primo, I could not be upset about the delayed pick up time and I only had praise and applause for the man of the hour who nearly single handedly kept the business running today. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
