Service was absolutely ridiculous. I walked in, expecting to pick up my pizza, as I ordered on the app and it said it was ready. The person at the counter said they are not down yet so I needed to wait a little. I waited, for 10 MINUTES, 3 people after me got their orders before me! I was expecting them to call my name but they never did. I went up to the counter again after the 10 minute mark to ask, and apparently, they did finish right before I entered the store. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS SERVICE!! Service: 1

The incompetent app they use will now cost dominoes $489 a year in revenue based on the amount spent last year on my account. This data is readily available to the regional staff. This is $489 lost yearly for the remainder of my life. Papa John’s has kids that need a college fund too. Good day. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
