My favorite delivery driver Caitlin brought me Christmas cookies from their holiday party! We see so much of each other we’re almost friends.she literally is so fun, cute and is a model for customer service!

We ordered pizza at 6:26 tonight. At 7:31 the pizza tracker said the pizza was leaving the store which is 0.4 miles from us. The pizza just arrived (at 8:18) and looks old, burnt, dry and disgusting. We were planning on approaching this location to provide pizzas for our birthday parties each weekend, but after this experience we definitely will not.

So I placed the order on line at 10:28 by 10:30 I get a confirmation email at 12:15 I'm on the phone it's is now 12:36 and no one has answered the phone and I still have no food I guess they make to much money there are 30 of us that where hungry tonight but if they can't even get my order done there will be no one else ordering from this store tonight or ever again .if you don't want my deliver at least have the human decency to call back and say so we could have walked across the street to pick it up .
