I visited this location around 7:30 PM on July 5th to pick up an order, and the experience was disappointing. When I walked in, there were no other customers in the store. The employee at the counter looked directly at me but did not acknowledge me or offer any assistance. I stood there for about a minute without so much as a greeting while she continued what she was doing. With no one else in the building, there was no reason for the lack of basic customer service. I chose to leave without completing my purchase. I understand every business has off moments, but ignoring a customer entirely is not acceptable. I hope management addresses this, because it directly impacts whether customers come back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Service: 1

Second time I’ve ordered that they haven’t given me the dipping sauce I paid extra for, and the icing that’s supposed to come with the cinnamon bites. Meal type: Lunch
