I placed an order but immediately noticed an issue with the address. I called the store immediately to cancel the order, and the staff member confirmed that it has been canceled. Despite this confirmation, my account was still charged. When I visited the store the next day to resolve the issue, the staff member denied ever confirming the cancellation, which I found dishonest . Not only did they refuse to refund my money, but they also made no effort whatsoever to correct their mistake, no replacement, no apology, nothing. I strongly advise others to be cautious, as this experience showed a clear willingness to mislead customers and avoid responsibility.
