I decided to order a customized Hawaiian Pizza, minus the ham and sweet peppers, and replace it with grilled chicken and Jalapeno. I had to repeat myself like 3 to 5 times, before the employee understood what my order was and then he told me I'll have to wait for about 20 minutes which I agreed, unfortunately I ended up waiting for almost 1 hour. When I came to received my pizza, the person who took my ordered was dealing with other people's order and completely ignored me, I had to wait another 10 minutes before someone to actually give me my pizza, so when I finally received my pizza and left, I checked the pizza to see if he got the order right, unfortunately there was only Jalapeno and Pineapple on my pizza, no grilled chicken present and I was still charged the amount for the 3 toppings. I drove back to the domino's pizza joint, to return the pizza, again I have to wait 5 minutes to speak with an employee. When one of the employees finally attended to me, I pointed at her colleague who was at the time making other people's pizza and told her that he got my ordered wrong, she immediately gave me an attitude and responded by saying that he is making the pizza, so he isn't the one responsible, I quickly responded, correcting her saying that he was also the one who took my order, so I have every right to blame him. She angrily took the pizza and went to the back and once again I waited another 5 minutes or more before she cancelled the order for me to get my refund. Horrible Service at the joint, not so friendly staff, everyone seems uptight. They will never see my face there again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
