a regular at this location, atleast once a week - always get the same stuff. tonight my well done pizzas were obviously not well done. asked for another cycle in the oven and was told straight up "no" by the girl that constantly doesn't use garlic on the crust when ordered (same thing tonight lol not a smidge of garlic). Not a single pizza in the oven, could've easily slid the pizzas in without delaying current orders! How hard is it to read an order slip? I ordered well done, I paid for well done, I expect well done - to be flat out denied an option that is offered company wide is unacceptable. I will be in contact with cooperate :) also any time Archie is not in control of the pizzas, I have to ask for another cycle. This location wants your food out the door - they don't care if you order it well done! Meal type: Dinner

The pizza was cold and hard. Also requested square cut & light sauce and got neither. Seems like customizing your pizza doesn't matter. Huge waste of money. Never again. Service: Delivery Food: 1 Service: 1
